That it's been 2 months since my last post. How in the world did time pass me by so quickly? What in the world have I been doing? Welllll, lets see. Hmmmm. Finished the manuscript for Martingale. Check. Shipped out said manuscript along with 15 brand spanking new quilts. Check. Designed, made and published 5 new patterns. Check. Received new fabric line. Check. Had a model made and flew it with me to Chicago to show the new fabric line. Check. Flew to Houston to attend baby girl's graduation. Check. Cried my eyes out and swelled with pride at the same time. Check. Celebrated at our favorite restaurant in Houston - El Tiempo - with just a few too many margaritas. Check. Designed and painted new fabric line. Check. Working on the last piece in the line to ship out by Friday. Check.

Am I the first comment?? Wow, your last few months make me feel very, very unproductive. I will also have to go and check out El Tiempo next time I am in Houston (have relatives there). I love the practical nature of these patterns... and the fabrics are all really great. The pillowcases look classic and soothing, country rustic... while the tissue holders are bright and cheery - just the thing to be if you're a tissue holder! :)

Wow, and I'm the second! I love the hold that thought idea; what a neat thing to do! Looks like it would be quick enough to do in a guild meeting, too. What do you think? When and where will that pattern be available?

I absolutely LOVE the tablerunner! My mom would love the pillowcases, and with the sniffles I have right now, I really need to make the tissue holders!=-) I'm going to be in BR (home sweet home) and am wondering if you have a shop I can visit? I'm homesick and
can't WAIT to get there!
