Spring is here in all of its glorious wonder. The days are in the 70's and the nights in the low 50's - just beautiful. Here's some sights around our backyard!
Mardi Gras Honeysuckle - so sweet and fragrant!
Hibiscus - my favorite flower. Five huge blooms this morning!
Strawberries - first berries of the year!
Ummm - I have absolutely no idea what these are - but they are pretty!
Petunia's !
Here in Louisiana, we have a tropical climate. So - everything grows - everywhere. Take this for example - a lava rock. It's covered in lichen (sp?) and has ferns growing out of it. From a rock!!!
Our peach tree blossoms - so dainty!
One of our variety of iris' - but I'm not sure of this one's name
And last but definitely not least, some sights in the backyard of the furry variety!
Maddie (left) and Mia (right)
Ella Fitzgerald - she's a happy camper!
And lastly - Abbie Dabbie Doo - making sweet eyes!
Hopefully your spring is just as sweet!
Toodles!
Kathy
